"If I could leave zero stars, I certainly would. These people mishandled my closing almost from the beginning. Changed personnel mid way through and the person who picked up my transaction did not communicate with my agent unless forced to do so and did not answer pertinent questions from my lender in a timely fashion. Seriously, what title company would EVER submit a pre-closing disclosure that CLEARLY showed a lien on a property, without also providing an explanation for how the lien would be addressed at closing???? And then take 2 DAYS to answer the question. Their incompetent handling of simple, expected closing communication forced a 3 day delay on my closing. Those three days cost me well over $1000 in unplanned expenses. I was forced into temporary housing simply because these people would not answer phone calls or portal communication requests. My agent also never received copies of the closing documents that should have been provided well in advance of the closing. To top things off, my closing was scheduled for 10 am...at 8:30am the morning of the closing, I get an EMAIL telling me to bring a bank check to closing. I had money WIRED to them from my previous closing. THEY COULDN'T EVEN KEEP THAT STRAIGHT. This company will never see another dime of my money or that of any of my acquaintances. I have NO confidence that my closing was handled properly. Thank GOD for title insurance because that's the only thing I can fall back on if something else comes back on this transaction. I suggest anyone looking for a reliable title/closing company look elsewhere."
