"After calling another tow company in Manchester and being told that they didn't tow from North Londonderry I called Queen City. The gentleman who answered the phone was professional and kind. I was calling for my son and unfamiliar with the area he broke down. Not only did Queen City towing reach out to my son they knew where he was and immediately went to get him and his car. He was located in a dangerous spot where two highways meet and it was getting dark. They had him and his car safely loaded and brought him home all within a matter of 20 minutes as promised. They called me to collect payment as I promised and made sure to let me know my son was safe. As a parent who was in a different part of the state. I greatly appreciate thier quick response.
