"Been going to the Zoo for about 2 months now and got a personal trainer through Kyle with redwood. Since I got a PT I've already lost about 10 pounds. This gym takes everything seriously and it's nice. Not like planet fitness where people who are fit are taken to be "rude""

"I like the gym it’s one of the better ones in nh, however I moved away from the area so I had to cancel my membership. I was told because I signed a contract I would have to pay the remaining balance but if I showed them proof of my move it would only be a 75 dollar fee. To me that was reasonable so I brought them a copy of my new lease and was told the manager would have to ok it then I would be charged the fee and be all set. However today I was charged the 40 dollar membership fee and I canceled last month, I called to see why this was and was told after canceling any fee that comes up for the next 30 days I’m responsible for this was not communicated to me during my cancellation process. Also it was a little strange because I canceled November 13th they said I had to pay membership fees from then to December 13th but the fee was charge today on December 7th my lease clearly showed I would be living no where close to the location for that entire span of time so it would have been nice to know they’d still be charging me for a membership, on top of that 5 minutes after the phone call they finally charge the 75 dollar cancellation fee. I kind of feel like they forgot to cancel my membership originally then made something up to cover the mistake and if that’s not the case it would have been helpful to know about there 30 day policy at the time of my cancellation."

"I Have been a member at the zoo for 2 years now, I recently got to use my trainer session before it expired and had the pleasure of getting trained by KG at Redwood. I am looking to be more serious about the gym this year and he took all my concerns well and was very supportive and determined to keep me in check to reach my goals. It is refreshing to have someone who knows their stuff and clearly is a great support system to have. I love the zoo here in Concord and to have someone young and educated with the passion of what he does ensures me I will meet my goals if I also do the hard work both there and on my own time. Highly recommend KG!! 10/10 reccomend"

"I've been going to the zoo gym for about 7 months and couldn't be happier with it. The gym offers the widest variety of machines and freeway to equipment I have ever seen at a Concord gym. I've also done the personal training just as long and I am happy to be working with Tim who is very knowledgeable and always able to provide useful advice for any questions you have. He has really helped me with my familiarity and comfort level at the gym. If you're serious about your goals, this place will help you achieve them all the way."

"On a road trip from NYC and I was looking for a gym to get a decent workout in. Found this place! Friendly staff, big open areas, power racks, equipment not found in a typical commercial gym. They had everything I was looking for plus more. Will definitely be coming back next time I'm in the area."
