My wife's sled hadn't been ridden in a year due to a surgery, I called on a Tuesday night the third week of December I dropped it off on Wednesday and it was ready on Friday. They cleaned the carbs did a full preseason service on everything and tracked down and fixed an electrical issue it had. Xavier kept me informed on progress.
