This was the second or third time that we turned to Tom and his team from New England Kustom & Collision, and we wouldn't go anywhere else. Toward the end of his work, when he found out that my son and I were about to take a long road trip, he told us that our tires needed to be replaced and he wouldn't drive much further to Manchester let alone down to Maryland on the current set of tires. Since we were leaving in a day, he took care of calling around town, finding the right tires, having them installed and paying the bill -- all so that I didn't have to worry about a thing as I prepared to leave for vacation! I just had to show-up at his shop and pay one bill. He's the best! Both in terms of the work that he does and the customer service he provides!!!!!"

"Lived in New Hampshire for two weeks when I killed my first deer ... on Route 9 driving south between Hillsboro and Henniker. Since I always have insurance on my cars, this accident was covered. I had the car towed to Kustom Collission and negotiated with Tom for work from the accident and some pre-existing damage not covered by insurance. He did a fantastic job fixing everything and blending it ... and followed up after he was paid to file supplemental work that he couldn’t do so had no motivation except his business reputation.
