"Called this place and got a quote to ship some parts a bumper and a fender off of a car, they were fine with it over the phone and told me $30-$40 each for shipping after I had given them the dimesnsions and weight of the packages. I went there the next day to ship what I had, I brought the first part in and they were fine, they told me to go out and get the next part then when i got back inside with the next part they told me it would be upwards $1000 to ship what I had. The behavior here was unprofessional They wasted my time and cost me money! I will not be going here ever again I will take my business elsewhere"

"The staff here is exceptional. Friendly, helpful and courteous. My only issue, as others have mentioned, is that this store is randomly closed when hours posted online claim they are open. I drove 30 minutes to ship some last minute Christmas items on Thursday 12/17, only to find the place dark 35 minutes before the posted 6 pm close time. It had snowed that day, and the streets were a mess, but in New Hampshire that shouldn’t be an issue. This has been my experience on more than one occasion. I have read the responses to some of the reviews here, small staff, etc., but there’s a lot to be said for consistency. That is what keeps me from posting a perfect review. If you’re going to use this UPS store, call first to be sure."
