"I went to send out a care package to my boyfriend who is in the army and as I was at the counter checking to make sure the address was correct on both the screen and package, the lady at the desk says to me "it's not that difficult just hit yes or no". Not pleased at all with my experience."
"Had trouble figuring out the best way to ship some of my mail. They were very helpful and understanding. Recommended the best option as well as cheapest. Pleasant people or at least the people I have so far dealt with thus far. The people who have received the items have said they’ve arrived in perfect condition."
"What a bad postmaster. Pretty bad audit.. who calls police over a video camera? Lol oh.. Baker does. And who attempts to refuse delivering mail over a video camera? Typical Karen. Shame on this office for having no common sense or knowledge of such basic laws, rules and regulations. Edit- and it's a shame two individuals earn such a bad rating.. the person who helped the auditor was respectful and handled the so so scary camera professionally. Make him the postmaster.."
"I ordered a package on Christmas that was supposed to be delivered on Saturday the 28th. According to the tracking information it arrived at the post office at 10 am on Saturday. It is now 6pm on Monday and it still has not been delivered. USPS claims that a delivery was attempted at around 1 pm and another at 5:30 but I have been home all day and did not see or hear anyone and there are no tire tracks in the snow. Plus, the package is small enough that it could have been left in the mailbox."
