"This resort and wedding venue was an absolute dream. Between the “destination wedding” feel, the lake, the cabins, the tent itself - you truly feel as though you are in a fantasy land. The staff is incredible and has their wedding weekend process down to a tee. It is a family run resort and you truly feel like family when you are there and throughout the planning process. We were skeptical about the cabin assignments and vendor coordination but all of the additional “stress” was easily worth it to experience this resort. All of our guests were blown away by the homes and the weekend. Some of them stating “the best wedding {they’ve}ever attended”. I can’t say enough about this venue and the staff, specifically Sarah, the coordinator & Michael, the owner. You will NOT be disappointed if you choose to have your wedding in this special place."

"I cannot say enough good things about this place! We used LSVR as our wedding venue and it was such a magical experience. The staff, particularly Sarah, was perfect in helping us create a weekend getaway for our guests, most of whom were flying in from far-away states and countries. As people showed up, they remarked on the tranquil beauty and peace of the place and then we slowly took over... It felt like we had all lived there together on a commune for years already lol... The staff were SO accommodating in so many ways. It rained HARD and their last-minute changes and accommodations were so seamless I hardly noticed. The tent under the rain was beautiful and like a fairy tale. Everyone commented on how the rain actually enhanced the intimate experience. So anyone concerned about an "outdoor, beach wedding" can rest assured that this place has your back! We had enough "non-rainy weather" to enjoy kayaking, swimming, etc. We allowed kids at the wedding and they ended up having the best time running amok with other kids and it was just such a safe and enjoyable environment. Admittedly I had no idea what I was doing when it came to planning a wedding, but LSVR is ready to work with you and help, as they've obviously done this many times before. Sarah exudes a quiet calmness that is also 100% business and execution. So impressed! Thank you Michael and team for a weekend we will NEVER forget. After everything was over, people keep asking us "when is the reunion?" and I would love love love to spend another weekend at this beautiful place. Highly recommend!!"

"I cannot say enough good things about LSVR. We recently had our wedding at the resort and it was an absolute dream!! This is most perfect venue, with beautiful cabins for our guests, a clean lake, private beach, and canoes & kayaks for everyone to use. All this on top of an incredible staff! Susan, Michael and Marissa were so amazing to work with every step of the way, they made us feel very supported and truly made the whole process so enjoyable! I wish I could relive our weekend at LSVR over and over, but we will be back for family vacations in the future! I highly highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a beautiful & seamless wedding weekend!"

"Had my wedding here; my wife Jess and I were so ecstatic and thankful for our experience with Lake Shore. Susan and Marissa as coordinators were amazing. They went above and beyond with providing for us many months prior and during our wedding weekend. Michael and his staff kept the grounds clean and well maintained as well as being available for our every need. All of our guests had an amazing time and raved about their experience; all of our vendors were perfect. The only sad part of our experience was that it is over. Susan, Michael, and their staff deserve all of the praise and admiration that we can offer and we will be recommending them to everyone looking for a wedding or a vacation stay."

"Lake Shore Village Resort is the most amazing wedding venue. If you have a chance to get married there, take it! Every single second of our wedding was a blast from the moment we arrived on Thursday until we left on Sunday afternoon. Gathering all of your favorite friends and family in one place for a weekend is the most special experience we've every had. All of our friends and family told us it was the best wedding they've ever been to. Starting your welcome party on Friday night gives you so much more time to spend with your favorite people, and there are so many great things to do from kayaking to beach fires, to having the best dance party. Susan was the most helpful wedding coordinator. She's professional, communicative, and so detail oriented. She takes care of every single detail, making your special day feel easy and flawless. Susan is so sweet, helpful, kind and easy to work with. She has a special way of making each and every one of your wedding guests feel welcome and accommodated. We had the most fun/magical wedding weekend, and all I can say is make sure you get an amazing photographer because you're going to want to remember every detail."
