"AVOID for phone repairs. We went for a screen replacement. They installed a white screen cover instead of black screen cover because the black glass cover was not in inventory. The phone looked terrible as the button color did not match. That's the good part. They also offered a battery replacement and they bricked the iPhone. The phone is now unusable. Employee said that it's a common mistake that they install the wrong battery for the iPhone SE but could not fix the now damaged phone after going back the next day. While they did offer to find a used replacement iPhone SE for the 100$+ "repair fee" (they claimed it was 64GB I had to find the paperwork to show it was 128GB) I would avoid this place for any screen or phone repairs."

"I accidentally stepped on my iphone 7 and cracked the screen. Did a quick google search and this store came up in West lebanon on main st. Making the appt online was very easy and a good user experience, which I take note of as a digital marketing professional. The phone was fixed for me in just over an hour, and the owner stayed a bit late to get it done for me so I didn't have to drive all way back to store. He was very nice and we chatted a bit. This was a great experience and I will come back if I need those services, batteries, or LED bulbs. Thanks!"
