"I had the worst experience ever at Watsons. I took my car in for small things in the past and have always been treated with respect and friendliness by Bob. The man I spoke to today was extremely rude and disrespectful. I’d brought my car in for a check engine light issue months ago which I thought they fixed. Shortly after, the light came back on. When I called I was told it wasn’t an issue, that it happens with old cars like mine. I trusted them but now months later I’m not able to pass inspection in another state because of the light still being on. I tried explaining this to the man who said I was complaining and accused me of not telling them right away when I did. I asked to speak with the Bob and he said Bob was too busy. When I pressed him he said he was Bob’s son, which I doubt. In the middle of this he said Bob shared with him he’s been dealing with my complaints many times which was in direct conflict to his earlier statement that I’ve only been to them one time only. I would give less of a star if I could for my ill treatment of this very rude man. I’m sure Bob wouldn’t allow such behavior towards his customers. I hope he sees this and addresses this with his employee. 9/29/20 11:15am"

Inherently social, your car will be fixed properly, and you will get a thorough and honest explanation even shown under the hood or lift to see exactly what is going on, and will happen in the future, so what to look out for. Dog and baby friendly, with a waiting room of magazines, this is a hopping place with good reason. They also have a lot of room so they can fit you in an emergency. Never go anywhere else."
