Diagnosis at 4:30 that afternoon was my compressor had seized, no power steering, no alternator, fortunately they had the parts and I had my truck back the following day. "So I put my time into this dealership, I filled out the online option to be pre-qualified, gave it my social, address, exc, exc. With in the day I got multiple emails from twin State Ford, so I took this as I have been pre-qualified (keep in mind I have no credit at all) which was a surprise, but I rolled with it because I was hopeful. After a hour or so worth of messages between one of their members I was convinced to make my way in, convincing someone to take me, taking valuable time out of his day. Upon arrival I quickly find out that the car I was looking at was already sold, and that I was never pre-qualified, which was the impression I was given. After looking at another vehicle for a second, and give them my social security number and everything else, to finally be told I wouldn't be able to pre-qualify with no credit. Something that could have discussed on the phone, or any time before I gathered everything to go there, before I called off work. A full on waste of my time. Make sure before going here, that they're not wasting your time, because they have no issues doing so."
