"We brought our Subaru ascent in for a transmission recall, Jesse took care of us he was great to deal with! Upon the technicians multi point inspection they found multiple issues adding up to the thousands of dollars for repairs. Jesse took the time to find that our car had a 60k mile power train warranty we did not even know about and we had 59,860 miles so everything was covered! They gave us a loaner car made sure we were comfortable in it for the time repairs took. All around excellent experience and we will absolutely be return customers!"

"I had a wonderful car buying experience 2 months ago at St. J’s with Jerry and Justin. I purchased a manual transmission 2019 Impreza with 70K miles in September 2023, and always felt like they were being straight forward and honest with me. The customer service is excellent, waiting room is comfortable, and the servicing itself is very efficient - I was told 1.5 hours, turned out to be less than an hour and they even cleaned my car. "We bought a beautiful blue Subaru Forester Limited today from St J Subaru! Our first Subaru! We first visited the dealership on May 6th and got a great intro to the brand from Cole who was patient (not pushy!) with us. Once he heard what we were looking for he found the perfect car that was due to arrive later in the month and helped us to reserve it so we could buy it today. Cole was extremely helpful through the whole process. We never once felt pressured or hurried to make a decision, and he answered every text and email the same day.
