"I ordered same-day delivery off Lexi's Flowers site and Jessica kindly called me to explain the exact bouquet wasn't do-able in that timeframe. She gave some suggestions of a replacement she could do, that would still have the same aesthetic for the occasion (sympathy flowers) and her recommendations were perfect. She also texted me when she made the delivery to my mom's house and was so empathetic and kind about the reason for the bouquet (my mom's 15-year-old dog had passed away that day).
