"I have been stopping at Valuland for over 20 years now. I had never had a bad experience until last week. I was putting my groceries into my car and felt something dripping down my leg. The bottle of soda I had purchased was leaking. I went back in to exchange it. I was told it was sold to me fine and that I caused the leak. When I disputed the claim I was told again that I did it and it wouldn't be replaced. So basically for less than $2.00 they have lost my business. Reply to your reply. Had I damaged my bottle of soda I just bought I would not have walked back in to have it replaced. That is just common sense."
