"We wanted greens & whites with accents of silver. We ordered a bride & bridesmaid bouquet, a centerpiece and 2 boutonnieres. They were absolutely beautiful & super fresh and we are still enjoying them nearly a week later!!"

"Just to start out I don't usually leave a review even if I'm unsatisfied however I have never been more disappointed in my life. I will start out by saying they were very sweet so I felt terribly about saying anything in store also it wouldn't have helped me so I didn't. However when I called to order corsages for prom I gave very specific instructions for both and not a single thing was followed. Both of them are completely wrong and had they still been beautiful I wouldn't mind but they are ugly to put it kindly. On one I asked for three shades of pink and hot pink being the main color. I got one shade of pink in one type of flower that will not match, also pointing out her dress looks tropical. They simply gave old fashioned pink roses, not tropical at all. The other I asked for purple flowers with white pointing out she had a black dress and all pastel purple accessories and going for old Hollywood and got white roses with no purple. They cost me stupid money with no time for other options. They were thrown together so carelessly without any thought and considering I gave such specifics that they didn't even need to put thought in is absolutely ridiculous. I do NOT recommend and I advise you to think carefully before giving them your hard earned money. I cried all the way home"

"Terrible experience, I will never use them again! I ordered a plant to be delivered to a friend for a death in the family. I got a call from Ann’s Flower Shop the next morning, they were very rude, telling me they wouldn’t leave the plant on the front porch as I requested. The woman actually said to me, “you better not leave a bad review”. I assured them if something happened to the plant if it was left in there I would not “blame” them. I got a call a few hours later saying the driveway was so long they couldn’t even see the house and the plant wasn’t delivered. I then told them they could just leave the plant by the mailbox and I would let my friend know to check for it. This was already upsetting to me as I was hoping to surprise my friend, rather than make more work for her. I let my friend know to check for the plant a few hours after that, she walk to the end of your driveway, and there was nothing there. I spoke to Ann’s flower shop again. They told me the plant wouldn’t be delivered anytime soon because they weren’t going to that area again for a while. At this point I was going to visit my friend so I asked to cancel the order. My friend never got her plant, this was October 19th. I have talked with Ann’s Flower Shop several times since then, they insist they have refunded me, but they haven’t. I still have a charge from them on my account and no refund. So I lost $89.56. Do not order from these people!"

"Ordered online. Went in a few days later. I was greeted, I picked up my order, and then I left. Everything was great. Some people complain about everything. This was about 70$. Thank you."

"Spent $92 on a anniversary bouquet, what my wife received was laughable. I could go and buy the same thing from just about any gas station for under $20. The bouquet itself was $62, for that amount of money one would expect it to be more then something that could easily fit in one hand. I was embarrassed to tell my wife how much I paid for it, when I did she called immediately and was treated very rudely by the employee. She was told they make it to an exact specification, but as you can see from the measurements, it does not match up too what was advertised on the website for the premium up charge, which showed a height of a minimum of 12 inches, and a width of 12.5 inches, neither dimension was even close. I would contest the credit card purchase if I had the time, however hopefully this review will save someone from using a provider that cares so little about their customers satisfaction."
