"Absolutely Beautiful A variety of wildlife such as porcupine, fisher, deer, coyote and many birds"
"Designated parking area, there isn’t a lot of signage to indicate where wildlife area is. Trails are not well defined, mostly go throughout a large field. Great place to view different wildlife/birds. Quiet/peaceful/clean area."
"Absolutely gorgeous! Very relaxing and quiet! The scenery is stunning. Can bring your dogs...it's very pet friendly area! The people are happy and friendly! Beautiful water views! one of my favorite spots to go on walks! And had a great day outdoors!"
"A lovely place for a walk near Dover. Make sure to park on the old garrison road marked as parking in google."
"This is a great place to walk your dog and take in local floral and fauna. While dogs are allowed off leash after July 31 (check the date on the sign in the parking area) I would not recommend it unless your dog immediately responds to voice commands. It's a rare day that my dog and I don't find a critter he shouldn't try to make friends with. Yesterday it was a porcupine. Also, be aware and dressed appropriately during hunting season as hunting is allowed."
