"I had booked a certain campsite two month in advance to my stay at Greenmeadow Campground. I had stayed there before and this was the only site that would give me enough privacy from the rather “trashy” people there, smoking cigarettes even at the pool and playing country music at night and so on. 5 days before my stay the manager Steve had called me and left a message that he had made changes to my reservation, I called him back and he had simply put me into another spot without even asking for my permission, a tiny site with absolutely no privacy. He said the reason he did it was to fill up his campground. That was the labor day weekend and all campgrounds around were booked out. This was a horrible experience and the last thing you want to happen when you’re planning a vacation."
"Don’t stay here. Initial reservation process was a bit shady. I never received a confirmation. I Was told I was staying at one site but was given another. Area wreaked of dog poop. There was a light rain and the site washed out causing my tongue jack to slip destroying my front stabilizers. I left a day early. Upon leaving I explained my concerns and was simply told to have a nice day."
"Stayed two weeks for our white mountain visit. Good base camp to explore the area. They were experiencing unusual flooding so our site reserved was flooded. The staff moved us to a higher site and moved in road base and gravel. It was dry enough to park but the sites in the bottom by the pool flooded multiple times. Sites 27,28 and down to the end were the worst. The staff was friendly or at least the older gentleman and young girl working seemed pleasant. No contact with anybody else. There’s several seasonal campers but the majority seemed friendly. If heavy rain is expected just know the sites in the bottom area close to the pool will flood. Good place for kids to swim, ride bikes and play basketball. We probably won’t come back but it wasn’t a bad stay. Just flooded several times. The Wi-Fi actually wasn’t too bad. We streamed live tv with little problems."
"if you do not drive 3 miles per hour you will be accosted multiple times across the campground (including them walking straight onto your site) about speeding. the man who checked us in was nice, but service was very slow to say the least. would not recommend to anyone other than families going to storyland."
