"Leighton's is a customer service unicorn. We drove 3 hours over from NH while on vacation to check out Mt. Apatite and Leighton's. We got there late and Brett was nice enough to stay open and show us around after hours. The prices and quality of specimens we're better than any other mineral shop I've been too. I purchased 3 emerald cut Maine tourmaline stones for a ring design. When we got home I noticed one of the stones wasn't cut square and it would be noticable in the ring design. I reached out to Leighton's who not only replaced the stone but sent two extras as well to make sure the color matched the other two I purchased.
