Advance 1 Cleaning Services

"I hate to have to leave this review as TJ is a great person. But, our latest experience with advance one leads me to leave this review. We hired advance one to clean my recently deceased father-in-law's rugs in his home. We received a phone call and said they were way ahead of schedule and that they would like to come which we agree. Now I can see why they were ahead of schedule they showed up at the house and we're in and out in 30 minutes. One of the rooms has had a bed in it since the house was built and moved in and was clean underneath it when they were done the floor was dirty where it was perfectly clean before and the rugs didn't look like they had really been touched at all other than that. I don't expect perfection but I do expect the job to be done correctly and I don't believe two rooms in 30 minutes or less is what it takes to get rugs clean. We have used their service one time before and Cody was absolutely excellent and took the time to absolutely clean our rugs the way they should have been. These two guys showed up left didn't even say anything when they left. I received a call about paying the bill explain to him that I had sent an email about the service and that I really wasn't happy. The lady on the phone told me and not so many words that I was pretty much SOL because the service was done and they didn't receive my email supposedly. Unfortunately I will no longer be using their service"

"On the job within 1 hour. They began work less than 5 minutes after arrival and assessment. Adam was Very Professional and was incredibly patient with any questions or concerns that I or Our Tenants had."

"I refuse to use this business for the lack of professionalism especially while in route either to a call or back to the office small young children in the area and yet all of their drivers and their vehicles speed by well over the recommended speed by the state if they can’t be cautious with their driving how can they be doing a good job with their cleaning I’ll update my review when their speeding issue has been rectified considering there was no owner or manager to speak with per the woman who answered the phone!! Frustrated and annoyed with their lack of common sense for other people or children!!!"

"If you make them your first call you will be all set in the restoration department. Our house was destroyed by frozen pipes. It has been a long process getting things put back together. I called the two major franchises that do this kind of work and was still waiting for a return call and Advanced 1 was already headed to our house. They have been a part of this process from the start. They got there the day I called and at once began to assess the damage and educate me about how these things work. with in a day they began to clear out the debris and demo the damage. They have been excellent in helping us navigate a very stressful process. They have a bright and competent and pretty deep staff. They looked at all aspects of this from demo , insurance communication, and interfaced with the builder. They boxed up contents, labeled with what is inside delivered material as we needed it. The crew that was on site and office staff were always available and helpful, i had everyones cellphones and always got a fast call back. This is not a chain or franchise and it was a pleasure working with them given the circumstances. I hope I never have to call them again but if you find yourself in need they cover a wide area in Maine and were the most responsive of the three companies I called that day! I recommend calling them."
