"I brought my 4 year old custom built gaming PC into Techy because I couldn't get it to run after not using it for a few months. It was around 5pm and the guys there helped me out very close to their closing time. Within 5 minutes they had it diagnosed. They had the part I needed in stock and had my computer booted up and working in less than 15 minutes of me arriving. The repair tech spent the rest of the evening finishing the install of the power supply and I was able to pick it up the next day after work! "Very very disappointed. I came into techy about a month ago now wanting the back of my phone screen fixed so that I could trade it in. They talked me into getting a new battery for my iPhone that wasn’t an Apple product but said it wouldn’t cause any issues. Took my phone home after and it was calling people I wasn’t calling, typing things and opening apps when I wasn’t even touching the phone. Explained my situation to them and brought it back the next day and they said they could fix it and so I trusted them and took it home for the second time after they “fixed it” and the same thing was happening and on top of that my settings said display not recognized and battery not recognized. Ended up having to get a brand new phone when my iPhone was working perfectly before. Never going there again. Cell medic needs to come back :/."

"Professional, responsive, and efficient service. I have an "ancient" first-generation iPhone SE. A major retailer told me they no longer repair that model. I called Techy, and spoke to Colby, who said he could replace my dead phone battery -- this was at around 6 pm on a weeknight. My battery wasn't in stock, but for a slightly higher fee, I was able to have one overnighted to the store. By 10 the next morning, it was ready, on a day I really needed it. Five months later, it still works fine."
