"Lisa takes on a heavy load when she handles my Tonka, but she knows he's my best friend and she handles him gently and efficiently at all times. He was w rescue from Puerto Rico and had a lot of fears, but she calmed them all. She's the only one who can clip his nails. Tonka and I love Lisa!!!"
