"Staff were very pleasant and welcoming, the room was perfect and the facility as a whole was very clean with all needed amenities. The gentleman working the morning breakfast was the best! Will definitely choose here to stay when in the Presque Isle area!"

"This is a great little Hampton Inn and I think the most northerly Hilton on the East coast. Its ideal if you are staying in the area for hiking or going to Katahdin Woods and Waters National Monument or just going to/from Canada. Its easy to find. The rooms a clean and its very quiet. It has all the usual facilities including a good breakfast and a nice pool."

"I've stayed here quite a few times over the last several years and have always had a pleasant time. The gym equipment is always clean and functional which is important for my hotel adventures. I particularly like the staff, always pleasant and friendly, a step above most chain hotels and even many other Hampton Inn locations. I always get the feeling that a lot of locals or returning customers stay here because sometimes at breakfast it feels like a family gathering. The people attending the continental buffet are chatting and friendly and it feels like everyone knows everyone else. They used to have a soup/salad potluck every evening but that understandably disappeared in 2020. I do hope they revive it at some point because it truly set them ahead of other hotels I frequent. I stay at a lot of hotels in the tri-state area, mostly Hilton brand, and you can clearly tell that local management makes a difference. My expectations are always met and I'll be here many more times in the future."
