"Everyone here are so wonderful. We used them for a long weekend. We were able to come and tour the facility beforehand. The prices are very reasonable and you can be fully assured your dog is in great hands. Drop off and pick ups are limited to 9-11 but if you need to you can drop off the night before between 4-6 for no extra charge. They bathed him and washed his bedding prior to pickup. I highly recommend!!!"

"I have very strong reasons to believe my dog was given sedative medication without my knowledge during a weekend stay at Saddleback Pet Services. I have brought this concern to Nancy and never received a response. If you have an anxious dog, I suggest you do not bring your dog here, as they may give your dog medications to calm them down without your consent. I am horrified and deeply concerned with the quality of care at this facility based on my experience."

"My husband and I brought our dog for a behavior consultation. Nancy is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and hands on when it comes to teaching. We were able to see what our dog is capable of. Our consultation made us hopeful and we were happy to get "homework." After two weeks, we are seeing great improvements with our anti-social dog on walks. We would highly recommend Nancy for a consultation. And we would definitely use her if we needed to board our dog."

"Great training and boarding for dogs. Nancy Fantom, the owner, is fantastic. I've adopted two rescue dogs from there, and get treated fantastically. This is worth the drive, if you need to board your pets. I've tried other places, and had my dogs traumatized. But not here. This is an old farmhouse, and Nancy and her crew will actually pick dogs of similar temperament and have them play together while they're boarded. So your dog has the same group of friends to socialize with and little play groups during the day. Plus she doesn't nickel and dime like some other places do. One of my dog's needs meds twice a day, and they're very good about giving them their meds when needed."

"Fantastic, We have a rescue dog who had major behavior issues when guests came to the house and while on walks. With Nancy's help we are now able to have guests over and not be afraid to go on walks. She is great with rescue dogs, and with only a few sessions has helped us immensely. She is also great at giving you, as humans, instructions on how to act and how to get best results. I would highly recommend her to everyone!"
