"Great experience with the owner who diagnosed the problem in the first 30 seconds and then sent me home with a trick to combat the issue: couldn't get the attachment to release...I tried silicone spray, tried to take it apart, etc. Rather than charge me to fix the "busted button" (for $30) he told me to hold it upside down. Voila !! Attachment released. That's what you get with honest, kind people who have years of experience. Thank you Peter!"
"I took a small vacuum in for repair. Low and behold it was just a hidden filter that was filthy!! He found the issue and cleaned the filter and I was on my way. Absolutely a wonderful man and so helpful."
"In response to a negative review by All Brand Vacuum first reviews are not for a war or a fight by competitors it should be for the buying public no one wins in a war . I have never step into the All Brand vacuum shop no need to I have all the business I need .I believe after 40 plus years in the vacuum business I am plenty secure. Also I have unplug hundreds of hose Miele plus so no need to make false statements plus most I do it for free. All Brand should thank me for doing his warranty work on Miele vacuums as he would not stand behind the warranty of the vacs he has sold. To bad I knew the pass owner Glenn he was very reputable he never talk bad about anyone he built that business made it into one of the best vacuum shop in Maine I always respected that about Glen we never had one bad word to say about each other."
"I brought in my Dyson ball vacuum, which had a blockage I couldn't locate. The owner said he would send it to a shop that specializes in Dysons if necessary, but was soon able to find and remove the elusive blockage. Half an hour and $20 later, the vacuum is back to tip-top shape. Thanks! The owner is honest and efficient, and it's nice to be able to support a local, veteran-owned business."
