"overall pretty upsetting visit. went to get my oil changed and after 2 minutes of not even touching my car, the elderly manager yelled and swore and an employee in the middle of the store. when they took me to pay, they immediately walked away from the desk to do something else, so i’m pacing around and i see the most heinous thing on the computer. (pic included) not to mention they didn’t wash my window which is standard for them and my filter was leaking when i left and i had to take my car elsewhere. i may recommend prometo in general but certainly not this one. if i could give zero stars i would."
