"Replaced my iphone screen with a new one. The screen is not flush with the phone boarder so it has a bubble on the corners that clicks and distorts the screen when pressed on lightly. Was told it could be fixed if I broke the screen again. Should have been done on the initial repair. Wont be returning or recommending to others."

"Brought in my Pixel 6. They let me know midway through the screen repair that it was the first time they had ever worked on a Pixel. Awesome. After the repair was complete, the fingerprint reader stopped working. For this, they generously gave me $30 off the $260 bill. Who wouldn't trade $30 for permanently hobbled flagship phone? Sweeeeet. It gets better. Within a few hours of leaving the store my phone I noticed my phone was burning up due to excessive battery usage. I could live without the fingerprint reader but days later the battery drain issue is still present. I just want my phone with the cracked screen back!"

"Very frustrating trying to work with them. They are always saying the wrong time. I had to wait 3 weeks for my I pad to be fixed. When it did get fixed the screen was still partly broken. You are better off just going to an Apple store or somewhere more professional where the person fixing your device isn’t sitting playing on their phone well they should Be fixing yours. One star"
