"Came close to getting hacked and my puter was acting weird and they got it turned around and working right again in short order. Top shelf !!!"

"Bought a pc thinking I couldn't go wrong with geek squad. They told me if I ever had problems I just come back and swap out pc. Pc breaks shortly after purchase, geek squad can't help me, I have to ship my pc to manufacturer on my own dime and if anything broke I was responsible. Not exactly what they told me initially. I was so scared I waited another 7 months just so I could do the swap they talked about. I bring in after the first year warranty is up and they send it back to the same manufacturer themselves and it still cost me $100 to ship even though I have your over expensive total tech membership.pc breaks back and forth to service center twice now. I've been without my pc working for almost a year now and these people don't seem to care about your products when they ship them out. Not sure if I'll ever see that pc again but I know one thing for sure. These people are a rip off and don't care about their customers"

"Computer was slow and would not type. First call/ live chat got discounted twice on phone and then rep disconnected live chat on computer. Second time rep gave computer a so called tune up and called and just said I was good and hung up. got on computer and it was worse. 3rd time Rep couldn't get on computer and said he couldn't do anything and I was told to take computer to local store at end of the month> I told him that was not an option because I use it for my Business. he said his supervisor would call me in hour been 2 hours still no call. Not worth the money I spend for this service will no buy again."

"They shouldn't even get 1 star. It took a while to answer the phone. Then they put me on hold after I told him I needed the Geek Squad . Then somebody else picked up the phone I told him the same thing I'm waiting for the Geek Squad to pick up. He said they would be right with me . Nobody ever answered after 25 minutes. Twice that happened the same day. And again when I tried a few days. Must not need the business I guess."

"Jason a the Augusta, Maine, Best Buy location helped me today with setting up some equipment. Jason was very patient, very willing to make sure everything was okay before I left the store and that I fully understood what I needed to do when I got home. Excellent experience. I appreciate an like that kind of customer support. Thank you, Jason."
