"Called Three times. Not one response back, If you don"t have the time to get out tell me. EDIT: Your office did commit to coming out on my first call. The pleasant young lady that took the call stated that a person would be out. At this point your office committed to providing service. I made three calls to your office over the next month leaving voice mails with no response. With this lack of communication you and your office deserve a negative review. I do agree with one thing I don’t want to be one of your customers."

"The guys over at Pro Solutions always do a great job for me. Helped me out in a pinch and did the job well. I cannot thank them enough. If you want something done right, call them. They will be there."

"I am conflicted, while I have used pro solutions for several years and like their work; I just had them clean 5 furnaces and one of the furnaces went out a day after cleaning and had to pay additional after hours to have the burner repaired. And got a wrapping $3600.00 bill for it. That's an average $720.00 each furnace and I could buy spare burners and have them ready to just put in for that price. Going to have to rethink this"

"This company ripped off my 75 year old mother for $700 and 2 months later she needed a new furnace. He also ripped off my sister which he did furnace maintenance which cost over $200 and they never changed the filter or the eye that needed to be replaced and no tag on the furnace that they did work on it. Do not use this company. They obviously rip people off to compensate for their “Big Trucks” Call his father John Palmer he treats people well and does good quality service."
