"Be better Seacoast Family Practice! ... While still accepting new patients, this practice is totally over capacity. If calling for a more urgent matter, expect this practice to have no same-day appointments and be urged to go to urgent care. I've never experienced this anywhere else for an issue requiring timely treatment. And, when questioning it, you might even get attitude from the nurse practitioner. Front desk staff aren't quite as hostile but are not particularly warm and fuzzy. I have no gripes with the treating physicians but was not particularly wowed. I highly recommend seeking a PCP elsewhere, I certainly am."

"From the phones trying to get through (waited ten min's & after no courtesy of even a "hello, would u mind holding" I hung up... Then getting to appointment 15 mins before actual appt.time as they requested (I was actually 20 mins.early for appt.time) ...I ended up waiting in the waiting room for 35 mins! without anyone acknowledging me to say "sorry for the wait she will be with you shortly"...Again, Nothing!! So the customer (patient) service is terrible!!! Not only for this appt. either. BUT the doctor would get 4 stars. She was great. Very thorough, great listener. Check out takes some time as well but no where near trying to call or get into the room to see dr."
