"We lost our pets in a house fire and my brother in law brought them down there to be cremated. They would not put our last names on the paperwork and had to use his instead. If he was having it done for us why couldn't they just put the name on it. We had a lot of other stuff to deal with also so we couldn't go down and have it done ourselves. No respect for the family members that went through this. Don't have a family member bring your animal here for cremation. They won't respect your wishes and will just do it how they want to. Paid a lot for it also to have someone else's name on it."
