"Literally worst place, Do Not Bring Your kids to Ped dentist. Go to bangor instead. Dentist never takes responsibility an then when you file a complaint on him, he tries to lie an say we never showed up, infact we have multiple recordings saying he called out sick or he canceled on us. The MDB Literally took his side an refused to do anything an he has 5 complaints from multiple parents for similar reasons. Will blame parents for everything to save himself. Like say we neglected our child when in reality, he refused to see her or would cancel on us. Which led to a infection caused by a crown being installed incorrectly"
"Would give less if available dentist scheduled appointment and doesn't show up.When I checked in the receptionist knew the dentist wasn't in. The assistant takes you in and set up knowing well and good your never going to get work done just to charge for a visit. 3 visit still nothing done. After Waiting for an hour the AssistantTells me he's in the other room but isn't Called out with an emergency and isn't able to do anything"
