"Absolutely would not recommend. They were managing a large portion of my parents estate. Customer service was horrible, could barely get an answer from them on simple status requests. Paperwork was slow to process when my father passed away. He died in February and none of his death claims from life insurance had been processed as of the end of July. The office assistant once told me it was my job to CC her when I emailed my advisor Lena, because Lena was too busy to read her emails. So, we had items left undone because they told me I had not responded to them, when in fact, I had responded to Lena but did not CC the assistant, and that was my fault apparantly. Ridiculous."
