Update: Still no word from Jackson Hewitt about my issue. Although someone did reach out after this review, it was with the same contact merry go round I have been getting all along. Don't know what it takes to get through to these people, but I strongly suggest you bring your filing concerns elsewhere, as customer service takes a back seat to collecting their fees. The only reason you see one star on this review is because it's the only way I could post it. Stay away from these clowns."
