"This is the worst insurance iv ever had. They messed up my paperwork so when i called to get a tow with my roadside assistance they were fighting with me saying my insurance number wasn’t right when in fact it was. They try to force you to do everything online on the app the crashes every time i use it. No one has ever answered the phone! Spent 3 hour on hold trying to figure out where they towed my car to. Everything about this company has made an already stressful time 100% more stressful. I can not wait until im done with this place and go somewhere else that will actually answer the phone when you call them with a claim!"
