"I am extremely frustrated. I sent in all required information when contacted by Kelsey C on 11/8 and was booked a telehealth appointment for 11/28 (the earliest available). I confirmed my appointment the day before, and even into their website to double check that it was there. I followed the link sent to me, and the provider didn’t have me scheduled and couldn’t see me at the time my appointment was. I called the office, emailed Kelsey C, and used their messaging feature on their website thinking I may have the wrong provider… and got no response. My appointment was at 8:30am, my messages all sent before 9am, and it’s now 2pm. Their website notes I “kept” my appointment, and I will be looking for any fraudulent charges to my insurance. In the 20 days I was waiting for this appointment, I could have gotten help elsewhere. Not impressed"
