Growing Harmony Services

Growing Harmony Services is a health institution located at 121 Hills Road in Pittsfield, New Hampshire, United States. At GHS, we stand with the Black community and activists fighting for justice and equality. We believe in helping all individuals live their lives in harmony through process-orientated psychotherapies such as Heart-Centered Hypnotherapy, breathwork, EMDR, mindfulness, and self-regulation. Our licensed clinical mental health counselor, Linda, has been in private practice since 2002 and has experience working with trauma, anxiety, addictions, codependency, and conflict. We operate on the traditional territory of N'dakina and offer our gratitude to the ancestors and elementals for allowing us to reside here in balance and harmony.
