They welcomed me in and after a thorough evaluation between Dawn and Dr. Grimm found what was causing my right eye problem and helped resolve it!! I was told, "We are a new, major company now, so we had to raise our rates, no exceptions.". This was the Windham location. Walmart did both for $125. The killer is I always bought my contacts from you as well. Not a way to keep customers. For the record, this was back in 2021. I just got an email asking why I hadn't been back This is why."
