Andy, in service, called me promptly upon our car's arrival and told me our car would NOT need a new transmission. He was honest, professional, and had our car fixed (mice had eaten wires) for a reasonable cost. The fixing wires thing isn't something they do, but he went out of his way to get this done for us.
