"Tested positive for covid and at high risk when we called to have a prescription called in like before because we take care of a 94 year old at home we were told to go to a clinic .Talked to a nurse Dr refused to call himself when asked. Will be looking for new Doctor office and making a formal complaint on the office and Doctors associated with this office."

"Not being treated very respectfully. At my last visit I heard the Dr. On the outside of the door talking to her nursing staff “Wish me luck!” Before entering my room to see my 4 year old she had never even met. Was met with rude comments and over talked when she didn’t want to hear what I had to say. I was very upset by how I was treated which I left Londonderry Pediatrics/family medicine bc I was unhappy there as well. Will see how it goes next visit but not looking very promising. I am honestly taken back by how rude and unprofessional these providers can be. If you have any concerns and need guidance you are met with resistance and made to feel like an idiot for being a good parent and making sure your kids get what they need to be happy, healthy and thriving. Does not feel like very caring atmosphere which is disappointing to say the least."

"I'm really surprised at how bad the customer service is here. The front desk staff laughed at me when I called to schedule a flu shot last year and they currently don't have a phlebotomist for blood work. When asked if they could call me when they hire one, they said "we don't have the capability to do that". When asked if I could schedule my annual appointment for next year, I was told that they don't book that far out since they have so much turnover. I also received a text before my last appointment that said I may be charged if we discuss anything other than preventative care so I asked the doctor if she could let me know if anything that we discussed was outside of preventative care and she said it was beyond her control and the medical billing department puts in codes to bill the insurance company. There are so many red flags and so little customer service!!"

"If I could give them a zero I would. I have been going to this office for over 10 years and had the best experience with Dr. Holt. She no longer works for this practice (not surprised) so I decided to stay and work with a different Doctor there. Big mistake. Treated like I was a joke for no reason. The only When I tried transferring they sent my new doctor the history of my last visit.. ONE visit out of 10+ years of being seen there. Truly am not one to leave reviews never mind a negative review but I feel a doctors office isn’t something you should take chances with."

"After 2 visits with our newborn, we decided that the service, and doctors were not at all what we wanted. It seems like a run of the mill doctor's office, but that no one wants to help or work there. It is clean at least. The office workers are not helpful, and the transition process of sending our 5 page health history packet for our newborn took over 30 days (technically against the law). I would highly suggest you look elsewhere."
