We rented a climate controlled storage unit for 5 months as we were transitioning to a new home. The facilities were well maintained, cleaned and secure - which was great. What was truly exceptional, though, was the service at the facility. The employees were prompt, courteous and accommodating throughout our experience and I can't speak highly enough about the service they provided. Unfortunately, it's uncommon now-a-days to receive exceptional service from an organization, which made Lock-Tite stand-out and prompted this positive review. I would highly recommend this company for any storage/moving services."
