"I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I sent out 95 wedding invites from this location back in March. As we are still waiting to get responses from people, we reached out and found out that over 21 people NEVER got the invites. Somehow lost in the mail?? Also 1 of the invites was addressed to an address in Minnesota and showed up at a completely different address here in Maine! I don't even understand how this could happen. Now we are out the expensive cost of the invites and all those stamps as well."

"I am a disabled Purple Heart Veteran who lives in town. I came into the post office before 3:30 to mail an international package. I waited in line got to checkout at 3:33 and the lady at the desk said she couldn't send the package out after 330 as it would take too long. Went to Topsham post office which has better hours and mailed out my package just fine. They told me that the way I was treated in Richmond wasnt right. I agree. Get it together!"

"Horrible poor service, constantly giving everyone my mail, I’m constantly getting everyone else’s, lost my W2... I call the Richmond post office to see we’re my W2 is.. the response I get was I can ask the driver and call you back... no call back... go figure... government run can’t exspect them to do things the correct way with some intelligence, besides it doesn’t effect them, no one has consequences for there actions or (no actions)"

"I LOVE the Richmond staff, all of them! Very helpful. I had 250 calendars rejected at the Augusta post office for stamps so, I drove to my town of Richmond and received far better customer service. This has been the third time that Augusta has refused our calendars! Richmond is great :)"
