"This was one of the worst experiences I've had at an eye exam. Dr. Reiners seemed to be only interested in rushing through so he could move to the next appointment. He barely asked any questions about my vision or my vision history, which I assume is important as this was my first time seeing him. He was abrupt and a bit dismissive with his, very brief, communication. I actually walked out of this appointment and called my insurance to see how I would go about getting a second exam because I don't feel like what Dr. Reiners did even constituted as a comprehensive vision exam. I will never go back to Dr. Reiners and will be sure to warn others to stay away as well."

Everything was explained well and I didn't catch her name but the woman who helped me select my glasses was patient and incredibly helpful. My exam itself was great and my diagnosis explained well, with plenty of times to ask questions. Definitely a great experience."

"The eye exam was very detailed and informative. I was so happy to understand my eye condition beyond that I have Lazy eye. The doctor explained to me the condition in details and took the time to find my right contact lenses measurements. The staff and assistants were very nice and helpful. Great costumer service. The place was constantly sanitized to keep everyone safe which was great. Everyone was wearing face mask. And social distancing. I will definitely come back next year for my eye exam. And get my glasses and contact there from now on. Highly recommend"
