"I am leaving this review because CHP dismissed a lump in my breast that turned out to be cancer and then when I let them know, they told me they were launching an investigation and would get back to me. It has now been a full year since Molly Rivest called me and told me CHP would be launching an investigation into this. She was apologetic and told me someone would get back to me in a few months. This is a very serious matter that has impacted my life forever, left me disabled, and definitely relates to the care of future women. I went through chemo, a mastectomy, and radiation, and my treatment could have been simpler and less invasive if CHP OBGYN had taken me seriously in the first place. They didn’t even bother to respond to the followup email I sent on 7/22/23, which is why I’m leaving this as a public review. Usually I would keep this private, but because of this experience, I can only conclude they don’t care."

"I have never endured such pain as I did going in for a check up. This is the second staff member that I have had that was so ruff. It’s bad enough that you are uncomfortable going in for your check up but then to endure that excruciating pain it is not acceptable."

"Wow check this out is this really how your employees act online? Very shameful. I wouldn’t want to recommend anyone to be under Kate’s care if this is how she really acts when nobody is looking or holding her accountable. Kate is the one messaging in gray color text. Also I’m a real person Kate so please be respectful and don’t insult other chronically sick people, just because you have never experienced what it’s like to live with such an illness."

"As someone who works in healthcare and is always looking for great care, I found this clinic to be extremely pushy, unsupportive of personal birth plans and beliefs and very unpleasant to deal with. I will be transferring out of this clinic and going with another. This clinic needs to do some serious upgrading as well. They are very low tech- no ultrasounds in clinic and have no female MD’s only CNM’s."

"The office is very welcoming and well run. I've stayed with this practice through two healthy pregnancies. Even though the doctors have occasionally changed, all have been very attentive and professional. I've been a satisfied patient for almost 20 years. Highly recommend."
