"I haven't been a patient for almost 2 years and what you wrote were lies and destroyed my life. Because of you I can't get the proper anxiety medication and my life has steadily been falling apart for years. After needing anxiety medication for two and a half decades you single-handedly made the decision after 1 failed drug test in 25 years. You wouldn't even give me the opportunity to retake drug tests or take them weekly. You turned me into somebody I never wanted to be. And for that you should be in jail honestly. You are a disgusting human being and with what you did to me and the fact that you never even bothered to ask how I was doing once you took me off of them and then you just left Is so incredibly unprofessional. You know that and it's really sad that you went to school to become a psychiatrist so that you could feel powerful. You destroy lives. This woman should not have a license. I tell everybody that will listen and I reported her to the border professional ethics."
