"Over the last 5 years, I have visited this insurance agency at least 3 times to get quotes on policies. Each time I have walked away disappointed with the quality of the insurance professionals in the office and a higher premium cost for the same level of insurance compared with a different carrier. The last time I visited they attempted a deceptive measure by severely reducing the replacement cost of an asset so that the premium is less to try to get the business. This was done knowing that the assessor of the asset will make you get the appropriate level of insurance but only after they have claimed your business. I would not recommend using these agent. You and your workers know that if you go with low replacement cost that the inspector will increase this amount on the owner of the property later on. By this time, you have the business and the customer has a raised premium on a home insurance that was equal or more than what he was looking for. You should be really concerned when a person in the same neighborhood as your office has tried to do business with you multiple times and things did not work out. The first two times it was not the quote but the attitudes of the people in your office. The third time it was primarily this deceptive practice. After the third time, I talked to other of your neighbors on and around main street and they all do not do business with your because of a bad reputation and the attitudes of your workers to people outside the building, especially during school hours. I hope people reading this review take warning and go elsewhere for insurance."
