"I have had the distinct pleasure of working with Dr. Tharaud for my primary care needs. The experience of going to her office is so smooth, efficient, and pleasant. Her receptionists and medical assistants are friendly, quick, responsive (particularly to patient messages!), and helpful. She is hands down one of the, if not THE best doctors I have ever had in my entire life. She is invested in every aspect of my well-being, not just my physical health. She asks questions about my family life, my social life, my job, my boyfriend, and my friendships. She is one of the rare doctors who know that social determinants of health are essential for wellness. She also remembers every detail of what I have shared with her in regards to the above social determinants of health and genuinely cares that all parts of my life are going well. She is so warm, kind, caring, empathetic, understanding, and lovely and I can count on her any time I am feeling sick. She is an absolutely brilliant physician in addition to being a phenomenal human-being. She is thorough and attentive and takes all of my concerns seriously. She takes the time to explain solutions to my problems in a manner that is free of medical jargon and her solutions are always right on target. She only recommends what is absolutely needed to get to the root of my symptoms, yet what she orders is more comprehensive than most doctors to make sure all possible causes are explored. I have referred all of my loved ones to her without hesitation and with the utmost confidence and will continue to do so forever! I am so grateful for the impeccable care Dr. Tharaud has provided for myself and all the people I care most about in life. "I’ve had Dr. Lee as my primary doctor for years now and she is wonderful. She is knowledgeable, kind and really takes the time to fully listen. I referred a family member to the practice who really loves her doctor here as well. Also the admin staff really went the extra mile for me recently in helping to resolve a billing issue and I’ve always found everyone at the front desk along with the medical assistants to be pleasant as well. All around I’m so grateful for Mystic Medical!"

"I was Denied Ivermectin when we knew it was the most effective anti viral for Covid19. These doctors think they know everything. When I know more than them. They push propaganda and deny you life saving medicine. Those who are guilty should be ashamed. An innocent $0.05 pill that saves lives. Because its not PROFITABLE. It should be about Health & Wellness... Not Politics. PROPAGANDA & Profits. I left this practice the day I uncovered they don't want you to be healthy. They want PROFITS and Politics. I deserve Honesty & Truth. I love being able to say I was right! Doctors are not everything they are cracked up to be. Remember that."

"They clearly don’t teach nurses how to talk to the public. I called in hopes to schedule an appointment and instead of the nurses helping they informed me they didn’t care about my current car situation. The nurse yelled at me on the phone saying your life isn’t my problem. I thought people in the medical field were supposed to be kind of at least know how to speak to the public. When I called back after being hung up on by the nurse the secretary didn’t think of instantly apologizing. I stated I wanted to talk to a different nurse and they then gave me the same nurse on the phone seeing how she said her name both times. She then continued to be rude without any form of an apology for the rude behavior or even the fact that I was hung up on. This place is clearly meant for mean girl nurses. Really hope that the staff gets some customer service classes because you should never tell a patient that’s clearly nervous and asking for help that you don’t care. Disgusting display today. Don’t come here if you want to be treated like an actual human being."

"Dr. Sarah Morrison is everything I have been hoping and searching for in a Primary Care Doctor for YEARS. I found myself in tears at our initial appointment, because I was just so relieved, happy & thankful to have found a Doctor who truly cares about her patients. Dr. Morrison is warm, kind, intelligent, non judgmental and compassionate. She takes the time to listen to you with an open mind and then properly diagnose and treat. I was able to open up and be completely honest with her, which is something I have struggled to do with doctors in the past. I felt like I was in a safe place, that was going to support me, and help get me back on the right track health wise. I have not felt this sense of "everything is going to be okay" in years. I thank Dr. Morrison & her staff for this. I am certain, I have hit the "PCP" jackpot. I have been encouraging all of my family and friends who are in need of a fabulous new PCP, to get in touch with Dr. Morrison ASAP. I would also like to thank and compliment Nancy from the front desk at 137 Main Street Medford. I was having issues with my insurance, and was put in touch with Nancy, who has been extremely resourceful, patient, and kind. Nancy has gone above and beyond for me on the back end-to help push my insurance through for a referral. Every person I have come in contact with at Mystic Healthcare has shown professionalism in every sense of the word. Mystic Healthcare is an exceptionally run organization in all aspects and I am just so grateful to have found one of the best health care establishments around for all my medical needs."
