"Awesome place to renew, totally affordable and incredibly painless"
"The customer service people who helped me with this were nothing but great I really appreciate you guys"
"I agree with the previous poster..they hound the $#!+ out of you starting a month before your certification ends! Very money motivated. I mean they are simply getting $150 for a 3 minutes long phone call..easiest money ever. There are other more professional establishments that don't cost as much. Google it. *It also grinds my gears that your "certification" ends over a week before your state registration ends so you can't get your "meds" during that window."
"Got my MMJ card through them last year, no issue, easy experience. This year they called to let me know my certification was about to expire and asked me if I would like to make an appointment with them to renew, I agree, all is well. They then proceed to hound me via text and phone calls (I have a 9-5 job like most folks, and a pretty busy one) about paperwork and payment. I confirmed my appointment the day before, the day of the appointment I get one phone call in the morning, two follow-up texts, and another phone call later in the afternoon "reminding" me that my paperwork and payment needed to be completed before the appointment. My appointment was at 6:10pm. Having forms filled out prior to a visit means just that, prior. If it needs to be a day, a week, or 2 hours prior, specify that, otherwise act like any other reasonable health care professional. I've never been harassed by a health care provider's staff to this extent. I will not be using them again in the future. Unless you like harassment, I suggest you go somewhere else."
