"Dr. Holly is awesome! Been seeing her for several months now. Very professional and knows her stuff. I love the massage around my spine prior to the adjustment, it helps my body to relax and adjust properly. The receptionist Dawn is lovely and colors with my daughter to keep her busy while I get an adjustment. The nurse Lynn has been working with my daughter on the Neurological Stress Reduction Therapy and she is so patient, kind and loving with children. She even has a new therapy dog named Bell. Great practice and I highly recommend them."

"I was a regular customer here, I missed ONE appointment by mistake. Normally they send out an email reminder the day before.. however, I did not receive one this time. They gave me a call and said I missed my appointment this morning, I apologized and said I could not make it in because (thinking I didn’t have any appointments today) I went into work. They said they are going to charge me for a visit anyways because that’s their policy. I mean not for nothing I’ve been a regular customer, you couldn’t cut me slack one time? We are all human and make mistakes. Well I won’t be returning anymore. You just lost a customer. I will be talking to my credit card company in regards to the charge and see what they can do. Also might I add that I STILL returned to this place of business even after my husband and 4 year old nephew seen the owner tear the receptionist a new one! Swearing and everything - So unprofessional."
