"The healthcare reform has not made it here.... The systems are woefully inadequate, the phone system is from the 1970's. The people that own this "practice" would never use it!"
"I cant get a sick appointment here. Called 16 days ago for sick appointment, was told the computers were down and someone would call me back. Never got a call back. I had to go to urgent care and a round of antibiotics. Now i am back again with same symptoms and called at 8 am this morning for an appointment. Was told that they would message the dr and call me back. I followed up at 10am and they did not even realize I had called before. I explained to the that I tried to be seen over two weeks ago and now my symptoms are back and that I wanted to be seen today. They said sorry but It was not me who spoke with you two weeks ago and did not have record of my call. hen when I complained about having to wait for a call back for 2 weeks for a sick visit is not acceptable and now when I call again still no prefession return of my call, they told me I should go to urgent care again, then I was hung up on. Totally Rude and unprofessional."
"Staff is useless, was recently put out of work for a temporary heart condition and am in the process of applying for TDI. In order to receive compensation I NEED a singe form filled out by the doctors office. It has been 3 weeks since I dropped off the paperwork and a full month since my first visit regarding the issue. I call frequently to check on the status of my single piece of paper and have received the same response each time “we are working on it and will get it to you as soon as we can” thanks to this office I’m currently looking at up to 2 months without a paycheck due to the time it will take for the DLT to process my forms and send out my checks. Extremely disappointed and I will be looking for a new physician soon."
"I am the spouse of a Dr. O’Mara patient. I have watched my husband’s medical care or lack thereof provided by O’Mara and his office get worse and over the last few months since my husband was diagnosed with Lyme Disease and subsequent lingering muscle and joint pain along with new uncontrolled tachycardia. I have called O’maras office once already complaining about the subpar medical treatment when at the first instance of “pain” he immediately referred my husband to a rheumatologist without even doing a complete blood work up first (ie) simple blood work to check to celiac disease etc. I had to write this down for my spouse to essentially beg Dr. Omara to perform. My husband currently is waiting to see a rheumatologist, a neurologist, and has seen an orthopedic specialist. He has been to the Emergency Room with shortness of breath, tachycardia, and chest pain, and while the ED visit was negative (no MI although MI’s run in his direct family) he was sent back to O’mara who (for 3 months now) has only prescribed Lisinopril for hypertension which is not helping (but he is compliant and continues to take the Lisinopril and my spouse has told O’Mara and his affiliates it is not helping) and today 2/1/21 saw him once again for a follow-up and my husband on two separate occasions has asked for Omara’s office to order an ECHOcardiogram and both times the office would not. Today Dr. Omara simply said you need to see a cardiologist which could take weeks or months to get into see a specialist, meanwhile, my spouse is (prior to Lyme and tachycardia) a healthy 40 year old male construction worker who has been compliant with all Drs. orders and appointments. I am extremely concerned either a severe cardiac event or stroke is going to happen to my husband and I will hold Dr. Omara and his office (other covering MDs also saw my husband over the last 3 months) personally liable for his negligent and delays in necessary treatment (s) such as a simple echocardiogram for uncontrolled tachycardia since Lyme disease that isn’t responding to antihypertensives. The uncontrolled tachycardia is not the only medical issue left to be unresolved or addressed- but it is the the most concerning and potentially lethal."
"If you need any kind of referral don't go here!!! The "referral department" is terrible!!!!!!!! Leave early. Don't call you back. I have an emergency referral that needed to be put through asap. One of the girls was supposed to call me back. It's Fri. My insurance is one of the best in the US. They approve referrals FAST especially when Dr offices call. This girl never called me back and now I have to wait the whole weekend suffering. Literally suffering and not able to make an appointment with the specialist who was also waiting on the referral "specialist". I will be looking for a new Dr office. If this is how their employees work, I don't feel confident in having them as my primary care!!!!!!"
