Dr Pouliot has been my primary care physician for about 9 years I think, and is not only always very genuinely caring about my physical health but always also about my personal life in what things may be going on mentally & emotionally. I always feel I can share any of my challenges & issues and she's always willing to go way above & beyond the call of duty offering to help in ways that only a close relative or best friend would do. In the past she's offered to help me fill out paperwork that was emotionally difficult for me; today even offering to give me trash bags to clean up my messy home for an something I'm very nervous about tomorrow. She's truly one of a kind and it means the world to me that she cares about my whole person, life, issues, problems, and struggles, as few as they may be overall. It's a huge plus that she genuinely cares about not only physical medical health, but my overall life, wellbeing, happiness, and longevity. She makes me feel like not only a good friend but a cherished family member. I'm eternally grateful for her and it's always a consolation to be in her care & presence. I know how much of Dr. Paul Barrett's heart, person and life he's put into this practice and feel blessed to be a patient of his life's great work. I pray this practice continues to honor him & all we that know of his down to earth genuinely caring humble heart from his start decades back here in town. My mom & others always spoke so well of him way back when. My gratitude to all. "Village Medical has my email associated with one of their patients. I have been trying for years to get them to find the correct email for the patient, but it never happens. They constantly send me emails with his appointment info. Now they are asking me to review them. This is not a responsive practice and they seem to be perfectly happy for client information to be sent to a stranger"

"I called the Wakefield office today between 4:13-4:15 PM. Selected option 1. The woman I spoke to was incredibly rude right from the beginning! She was huffing and puffing, and even hung the phone up on me before I could even finish my question. She was unprofessional and rude. I do not know her name. I by no means had an attitude towards her or was impolite. Just beware. I’m sure this is no reflection on the quality of care the healthcare professionals provide. I’m sure they wouldn’t wanted to be represented in this way. Or lose patients simply because the receptionist doesn’t have manners."
